At Nebula Health, we believe that sexual health is a right—not a privilege. Everyone deserves access to the care, information, and support they need to stay safe, feel seen, and take control of their health.
We offer free and confidential STI/HIV testing, education, and outreach to help break down the barriers that so many people, especially those in LGBTQ+ and underserved communities, face when trying to access care. Our services are judgment-free, inclusive, and rooted in compassion, because we know how important it is to feel respected and affirmed when it comes to your body and your health.
We imagine a future where no one is left behind when it comes to sexual health. A world where people feel empowered, informed, and supported, free from shame or stigma. Through inclusive care, harm reduction, and community-led outreach, we’re working to make that future real, one conversation, one test, and one connection at a time.
We’re here to empower communities through honest conversations, accessible care, and advocacy that puts people first.
Because everyone deserves the tools, support, and respect to take charge of their sexual health.
Our goal is to meet people where they are: whether at a community center, campus, festival, or pop-up testing site, because everyone deserves access to care without judgment.
Nebula Health was born out of a simple but urgent truth: too many people still face barriers when trying to access basic sexual healthcare. Whether it's fear of judgment, lack of resources, or not knowing where to go, these challenges leave far too many without the support they need. We created Nebula Health to change that.
Our team is made up of people who have worked in community spaces, navigated gaps in care firsthand, and seen the difference that inclusive, affirming sexual health services can make.
This work is personal for us, it’s not just about testing or treatment. It’s about empowerment, equity, and showing up for people who are too often overlooked.
We’re just getting started but we’re here with a clear purpose:
To build a community where sexual wellness is accessible, stigma-free, and rooted in compassion.
Philadelphia is currently facing significant challenges regarding sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Here are some key facts highlighting the situation:
Getting tested is just the first step: treatment and prevention are just as important, and at Nebula Health, we make sure you’re supported every step of the way.
Most STIs are treatable, and many are curable with a simple round of antibiotics or antiviral medications. We’ll help connect you with the care you need whether it’s on-site or through one of our trusted partner clinics.
We can assist with:
PrEP is a daily pill that prevents HIV before exposure.
When taken consistently, it can lower your chances of contracting HIV by over 99%. PrEP is a powerful tool for individuals at higher risk, and we’re here to help you learn about it and connect with providers who can prescribe it.
PEP is an emergency option. If you think you’ve been exposed to HIV, PEP can help prevent infection, but you must start it within 72 hours of possible exposure. It’s a 28-day treatment that is safe, effective, and available in urgent situations.
