Our Mission
At Nebula Health, we believe that everyone deserves access to judgment-free, affirming sexual healthcare—no matter who they are, where they come from, or who they love.
We’re a community-rooted nonprofit based in Philadelphia, focused on serving LGBTQ+ individuals and others who often get left out of traditional healthcare spaces. We offer free or low-cost STI/HIV testing, access to PrEP and PEP, and sexual health education—all delivered with respect, empathy, and cultural humility.
Whether we’re at a clinic, a local event, or setting up a mobile unit on the street, our goal is simple: meet people where they are and make it easier to take care of their sexual health without fear, stigma, or shame.
To us, sexual health is more than just testing and treatment—it’s about empowerment, connection, and equity. That’s the heart of our mission.
